This session introduces new faculty to the essential principles of conducting ethical and compliant research involving human participants. Participants will gain a clear understanding of Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes, and regulatory requirements.

The workshop will also highlight key compliance responsibilities, ethical considerations, and institutional resources that support responsible research practices from project design through implementation.
